New master suite bathroom: this used to be a storage room, but we expanded the original 4' x 10' bathroom into a huge master bathroom with a custom designed shower!
Master bedroom: drywalled ceiling, painted, tiled the floor, and put up trim! I finally learned how to caulk and use a nail gun :)
Another view from the master bedroom
Our basement living room was a wreck when we moved in...blue carpet and yellow walls, yuck!! So we put porcelain tile in and painted and put up trim. We love our new 60s mod sectional, it took 10 weeks to get here, but it was worth it! The puppies love stretching out on this!
Upstairs front living room. All we had to do in this room was paint the walls! We are so lucky the original hardwood floors were in such good shape to begin with!
Kitchen bar view, looking in to the dining and front living room...the french doors in the dining room were actually in the garage when we moved in...with a little TLC, my mom and I were able to put them back in their rightful place :)
Front porch...James and I painted the entire house this past fall! The previous owners had painted a quote on the top right ledge of the porch, which reads: "A house is a home when it nourishes the body and comforts the soul", what a sweet saying!
The front of the house with the blooming Bradford pear trees!
Dining room...just had to paint this room as well...already in great shape!
