Oh, and if anyone is wondering, because I know someone out there is...tomorrow, January 15th, is National Strawberry Ice Cream Day! We will definitely be taking advantage of this and will be making homemade strawberry malts since James' favorite ice cream is strawberry :) Hey, I don't know about you, but I will take any excuse to indulge in such a tasty dessert!
